Dishes from Spice Brasserie’s A la Carte Menu
Singapore, March 2020 – Long known for its sumptuous Asian-style buffet spreads, Spice Brasserie unveiled on 12 December 2019, a refreshed and gorgeous new look complete with an exciting dining concept that embraces the best of Asian street food with innovative surprises.
Promising to be a worthy destination for all occasions, Spice Brasserie is perfect for convivial family gatherings, cosy meals for buffet-loving couples, and even corporate dining among business associates who will enjoy the extensive buffet line that comes with four outstanding live stations – Charcoal Grill, Tandoor, Asian Salad Bar and Teppanyaki Ice Cream.

Menu Highlights

StardishesincludeSpiceBrasserie’sCombinationRice(SGD6.80)thatisservedwithBlackChar Siew and Crispy Pork Roll. Their BlackChar Siew is slow cooked on the grill to achieve asticky caramelised exterior, while remaining tender and juicy within, thanks toa secret recipe sauce concocted by theteam.
 
Another must-try is the Signature Seafood Broken RiceClaypot Porridge (SGD6.80), a dish that ismeticulously cooked in batches on the charcoal fire to produce a light umami broththat is then topped with a generous serving of white clams, barramundi and *oysters.Seafood lovers can also savour the latest addition of XO Sauce Clams in Claypot (SGD7.80). *Availablefor dinneronly.
